Goodwin & Co., of New York, the manufacturers of the OLD JUDGE CIGARETTES, instructed their agent in Auckland, Mr Henry _E. Partridge, to take proceedings for the infringement of tbe Old Judge trade m«rk. As the result of such proceedings, the following order has been made by the Supeme Court :— IN THE BUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NORTHERN DI3TRIOT. Between Charles G.
