ELECTION ADDRESS.
MR. DOCKRILL AT LOWER KENT ROAD. Mr. Dockrill addressed about 30 electors in the Lower Kent Road Schoolhouse on Tuesday night, when Mr. Henderson presided. Ho was accorded a good hearin?, and received a vote of thanks and confidence on the motion of Mr. Hall, seconded by Mr. Collingwood.
