POLICE COURT.
Wednesday, November 8. — Before C. E. Hawson Esq., X M. Fighting. — lnneha and Ilaka, two aboriginal natives, were charged with righting and creating a disturbance at Bell Block on November 9. After hearing evidence the Bench fined each defendant 5s and half or! the costs, which carve to £1 Os 2d. Theft. — Ivotamireaha was charged with stealing a saddle, valued at £4, from C. Hoinblow of Waitani. The case was remanded for a week. The Court rose.
