Attention to the following rules will save the writers ofi»correspondence a good deal of trouble: — We cannot undertake to return rejected communications. No notice can be taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a gnarantee of good faith.
