MONEY SeCORITIHS. — 3 per cent. Consols ■ now at 100 J. New Zealand securities- are quoted as follows: — 5 per ct. 10-40 loan, 103J; 4$ per cent. 1879-1904 loan, 99 : 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 99. Bank rate of dis-j count is now 3 per cent., and market rate ia now 2 J perceut. Totalreserve in the Bank of* England in notes and bullion- is-now; £12,200,000, showing no increase of bullion Bince last return. -Proportion of reserve to, liabilities has risen from 44 to 47 per cent. '
