Sydney, October 22. The Hauroto sailed for Wellington this evening. Mr. Dibbs, the Premier, has declared his intention not to resign, but expresses his determination to meet the House on the assembling of the new Parliament. The miners employed at Lambton Colliery, Newcastle, have gone on strike, aud coal trimmers haVe followed their example. Several Vessels are lyiug in port, and have been delayed iv consequence.
