EASTER MONDAY VOLUNTEER REVIEW.
■ The customary Easter Volunteer Reviews were held yesterday at Dover and Portsmouth, when 80,000 men were under arms. The manoeuvres •were very successful, and were witnessed by a large number of spectators.
INSURRECTION AT CUBA.
Late telegrams from Cuba state that the insurrection has collapsed, and that the insurgents are being repeatedly dispersed by the Royal troops, who have not met with further opposition. UNVEILLING GAMBETTA'S STATUE. i
Paris, April 14.
The statue of the late Leon Gambetta which has been erected at Cahors, the place ot his birth, was unveiled .to-day by M.. Ferry. A large number of prominent politicians and ethers were present, and much enthusiasm was displayed.
