WRITTEN TENDERS (in sealed covers) arc invi'ed for the LEASES of 100 SECTIONS, comprising 13,700 acres of ihe above-mentioned lands. The upset reuts range from Is. to 7s. per acre. Ihe Tenders, accompanied by the statutory declaration and deposit of six mouths' rent at the rate tendered, in accordance with the Hegulations, must be lodged with the Beserves Trustee, at the Ccurt-house, Huwera, not later than 4 o'tlock p.m. on Thursday, the 4th day of October, to be opeued by the Reserves Trustee, at Hawera, on D'kiday, the 6th day of October, at 11 o'clock a.m., when the highest tenderer for each lease (if the tenders shall eqnal or exceed the upset fixed annual rental per acre) will be declared the lessee. Plans and schedules of the sections, and copies of the regulations ander which leases will be sold and issued, also forms of tender and declaration, respectively, can be obtained at the District Lana Offices, JSew Plymouth, Patea, and Hawera, or at any of the other Lund Offices in the Colony ; also at the Office of the Collector of < ustoms, Wanganui, and at the Post Offices, Thames, Waugauui, Reeftou.
