Telegrams to hand from Pietermaritzburg state that in consequence of the attitude of Oetewayo to British residence in Zululand, and his expressed determination to continue lighting, Sir H. E. Bulwer, Governor of Natal, has called upon him to surrender himself to the British authorities, otherwise a force of British troops will be despatched to arrest him.
