Wo would call attention to a largo sale of Btore cattle to be sold by Messrß. Nolan, Tonka, & Co., without reserve, at Hawera. Tho auctioneers say they can recommend the cattle as being in a thoroughly quite and healthy condition. It will be seen by an advertisement elsewhere that the Taranaki Minstrels will make their first appearance in the Freemasons' Hall next Wednesday. The troupe have been practising for a long time, and Bhould, therefore, be perfect ; and, as Beveral comic scenes will be introduced, the entertainment should draw a good house.
