♦ SPECIAL TELEGRAMS TO TARANAKI HERALD. MOVEMENTS OF TROOPS. THE HIGHLAND BRIGADE FOR ISMAILIA. [reuter's telegrams.] Alexandria, August 30. — Highland regiments, forming part of the second division, embarked here to-day for Ismailia, to reinforce the division now operating under Sir Garnet Wolseley. The following are the regiments composing the Highland Brigade: — Ist Battalion Royal Highlanders, 42nd Regiment, 2nd Battalion Highlanders, Light Infantry, 74th Regiment, Ist Battalion Gordon Highlanders, 75th Regiment, Ist Battalion Cameron Highlanders, 79th Regiment.
