The capital of the Company is £5000. The capital, it is estimated, will more than cover the cost of land, buildings, plant, and material required at the outset. To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of subscription are made easy — being 2s. 6d. p«r share on application, 2s. 6d. on allotment, and the balance in call*, of 2«. Gd., at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the Colonie«, have proved 3uccessf ul ; and the promoters have every rea3on to anticipate that there will be a satisfactory profit in the working of this Company.
