NOTICE ii hereby given that it is the intention of the N«w Plymouth Harbour Board to apply to Parliament to pass an Act to authorise the Board to construct a Railway from land rested in the Board as an endowment, and situated at Moturoa, near the Town of New Plymouth, to a site situated in the said Town of New Plymouth ; and to confer on the Board power to enter upon and take and keep possession of such public and private lands as may be required for the purpose of the said Railway.
