Rome of these are really good, some indifferent, and others abßolutely bad. We believe Cooper's to be the longest established and cheapest, nnd also tho mest extensively used. As Bhown by the railway books, it appears no less than 1 200 dozen packages, or enough to dip 288,000 sheep, are sent out weekly. It is uspd extensively on tho Continent, and in the Coloniee, accompanied by ' directions for uso' printed in many languages. As a Summer and Autumn Dip wo consider it second to none, aud have always used it. Its cheapneiß and extreme solubility in cold water particularly recommend it for these purposes." Sinoe the above was written the sale has more than doubled. From Jasies Alexandkh, Esq., Wanganui. " Seven years ago I wns induced to buy eight cases of your Sheep Dipping Compound, and, as an experiment, I used a few packets according to the directions. I selected a few old ewes, not caring whether T lost them or not, and not one of them waß injured in the least. I afterwards dipped my whole Flock of 10,000, nud did not lose one. "I now dip for Lice, and find it most effectual. I am also told by my neighbours it is equally so for Scab. " I have dipped over 50.000 sheep with it, and never lost but one, and this animal was seen licking itself just after it left tho baths. I considor that with ordinary care your Dipping Powder, used on a large or small scale, is perfectly safe. The chief point being to see that the sheep are quito dry before they nre turned out to grass." From Mr. Thomas Middleton, Manager for the non. Robert Campbell, Benmoro Estate, Waitaki. " Coopor's Dip is the best dip for Lambs I ever used." From Duncan McM aster, Esq., Wairnrapa. " I have used Cooper's Dipping Powdor for about four years, and am well aatiifled Jwith the results, believing it to be lasting in its effects." " To Mr. Coopeb, Berkhamsted, Englnnd. Auckland, October 12, 1880. " Dear Sir, — Accompanying our order by this mail we arc pleased to observe that your Sheep-Dipping Compound is steadily gaining ground in this part of New Zealand. " At tho request of our customers we have occasionally imported Dipß by other firms, but our buyers have invariably intten hack to the uso of Cooper's Sheep Dip. "The Flock- masters who have written to us on the subjeot have always spoken in the highest terms of the article.— We are, yours, kc, "J. C. SHARLAND k Co., Manufacturing Chemists."
