POISONING SPARROWS.

TO THE EDITOR.

Sir, — I see by the report of the last meeting of the Agricultural Society that a discussion took place upon the poisoning of sparrows. I enclose a receipt which the Moa Farmers' Club received from the Kaiapoi Club. I think many of your readers would be much benefitted by it being inserted in your paper — that is to say, if you can conveniently find room. — I am, &c, Jas. S. Kidd, Hon. Sec. Moa Farmers' Club.
