They must be addressed to the Hon. Minister for Public Works, and marked outside " Tenders for advertising on Railways," and must also be accompanied by a cheque on some bank to be specially marked by a banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be in favour of the Recciver-Gencrkl's Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order. Specifications can be seen at the Railway Stations at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Picton, Nelson, Greyraouth, Cbrisicbarch, Dunedin, and Invcrcargill, and at the General Manager's Office, Wellington.
