C 3?» Letters, &c, are delivered daily in Town by a letter-carrier at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (Sundays and public holidays excepted.) Travelling letter-boxes will be attached to the train, to permit the posting of letters (with the proper postage alfixed.) Letter receiving-boxes are fixed at Mr. W. Boale's, Brougham-street; aud Mr. J. Pugh's. Devon-street, and will be cleared daily at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.; and half-an-hour before the closing of thb *nails by the steamers. • A re-ceiving-box is also fixed at Mr. J.- Handy's store, corner of Courtenay and Elliot-streets, which will be cleared at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.
