[TELHaitAPHED BY OUR CORRESPONDENT.] Cablyle, June 24. — An Order in Council has been issued authorising the Patoa Harbour Boari to erect wharfage to the value of about £8000. The Board intends erecting the first of four sections, coating about £2000. Thero has been a strong opposition from the parties interested in developing the opposite" side of the river.
