AN INGENIOUS WORK.
A marvel of conafcruofcive ingenuity is on exhibition at St. Petersburg. The article is a watoli of about the bizo of an egg, said to have been made by a Russian peasant. Within it is represented the tomb of Christ, with a stone at the ontmucoand thesoutmelon duty. While the spectator is admiring this curious pioce of moohuuistn, tho stone is suddouly removed, the sentinel drops, the angels appear, the woman enter the sepulchre, and tho same chant is heard vrhich is performed iv the Greek Church at ove.
