Travelling letter-boxes will be attached to the. train, to permit the posting of letters (with the proper postage affixed.) Letter receiving-boxes are fixed at Mr, W. Bcalc's, Brougham-street; and Mr. J. Pugh's, Devon-street, and will be cleared daily at 9 a.m. and 2 pan.*, and half-an-honr beforo the closing of the nails by the steamers.
