Tho Rising Star Cricket Club will open the season by playing their first match at Inglewood, on Monday the 11th instant. Tho following is a list of the R.S.C.C. team, who will leave by the 7 a.m. train for luglewood on Monday morning : — Messrs. Bland, Caverhill, S. Hill, E. B. Harfcnett, A. H. Gyde, E. Lowe, G. Newell, S. McGonagle, G. Potts, St. George, and M. Sutherland. Emergency men : D. Nichols and S. Hooker. The total number of English medical attendants and nurses employed during the late war, was 145, of whom 23 fell marfcyra to charity.
