Duncdiu, April 2S. • Tho water supply is again causing apprehension. Several mills have had the water withdrawn during the week. Some have had no water at all. Tho Lunatic Asylum, containing 200 residents, has been put to great shifts through scarcity of water. Weather beautiful.
