TjIVERr PERSON who shall keep 1J any PIGS enclosed or at large within the limits specified in the Schedule hereto shall for every such offence forfeit and pay a penalty of Five Pounds : Provided that pigs at large the owners whereof are not known may be seized aud the Resident Magistrate or any Justice may order each pigs to be sold if vmrereclaitned nfter two days' notice in writing- to be affixed on the Town Pound (any provisions of the Impounding Ordinance notwithstanding) and the money arising from such sale if c'aimed within twenty-one days after the sale shall be paid to the owner of such pigs after deducting the penalty and expenses otherwise be applied to the public uses of the Province SCHEDULE. A line commencing at the sea beach in contioDution of Dawson-street thouce along the sea beach to Gover-street thence along Goversireei to Lemon-street thence along Lemonstreet the north boundary of the Military Reserve and Falford-street to Dawson-Klreet and thonce along Dawsou-street to the sea beach.
