"PVERY PERSON who shall keep Jj any PIGS enclosed or at large within tbe limits specified in the Schedule hereto shall for every such offence forfeit and pay a penalty of Five Pounds : Provided that pigs at large the owners whereof are not known may be seized aud the Resident Magistrate or any Justice may order such pigs to be sold if unrereclaimed after two days' notice in writing to be affixed on the Town Pound (any provisions of the Impounding Ordinance notwithstanding) and the money arising from such sale if claimed within twenty-one days after the sale shall be paid to the owner of such pigs after deducting the penalty and expenses otherwise be ap- • plied to the public uses of the Province. SCHEDULE. A line commencing at the sea beaoh in continuation of Dawson-stroet thence along the sea beaoh to Gover-street thenoe along Goverstreet to Lemon-street thenoe along Lemonstreet tbe north boundary of the Military Reserve and Fulford-street to Dawson-streeti and thence along Dawson-streot to the sea beach.
