WHEREAS by the " District Courts Yf Act, 1858," it is enacted that there shall be for every District Court a Bailiff, who shall be appointed by and hold office during the pleasure of the Judge thereof. Now, therefore, I Harry Eyre Kenxy, the Judge of the District Court of Taranaki, in pursuance and exorcise of the aforesaid power and authority, dp hereby appoint William ConiVOllt to be Bailiff of the said District Court of Taranaki at Carlyle.
