AUCKLAND.

A fire occurred at Opotiki on the 13th. The following places were destroyed : — Thompson's Wharf Hotel, Fabey's store, Young's store. Insurance : New Zealand, £1,650 ; National, £250. The ' City of Adelaide* will be due at Anckland on the 20th instant, with the mails of the ' Mikado,' which proceeds to Sydney to dock, in consequence of grounding at Honolulu. The ' City of Adelaide* goes south and returns on tbe sth July, proceeding to Sydney on the Bth. The 'Macgregor' arrives from Sydney on the 4th, and leaves on the 6th for Kandavan with mails and passengers ex ' City of Adelaide', and retarns with the mails ex 'Cyphrenes* about the 18th, when she goes sooth, then proceeds through to San Francisco.
