London, March 12. — The Duko and Duchesaof Edinburgh, accompanied by the Queen, made their public entry into London to-day, notwithstanding a heavy snow storm. Vienna, March 14. — Tho Papal Encyclical condemns the Austrian Ecclesiastical Bill, and urges on the Bishop to protect the rights of tho chorch. The Pope has written to tho Emperor Francis Joseph to the samo effect.
