PROVINCIAL TELEGRAMS.

RAILWAY OPENED BETWEEN AUCKLAND AND OTAHUHU. AGRICULTURAL STATISTICS OP CANTERBURY. A COMPANY TO TRADE WITH POLYNESIA TO BE STARTED. CAPITAL THREE MILLIONB. (ANQIO-AUSTRALIAN PRESS TELEGRAM AGENCY.) AUCKLAND. March 26. — The Governor returned to Ohinemutu from Rotomabana last night, greatly delighted. He leaves Ohinemutu for Tauanga to-night. The brigantino ' Hercules,' bound to Sydney with a full cargo of timber from Aratapn Mills, went ashore at Kaipara Heads. No probability of getting the vessel off. The cargo will probably be saved. A large party, invited by Messrs. Brogden and Son, went by rail to Otahuhu to-day, to inaugurate the completion of the line to that place.
