Tub Pioneer Strel Company.— Mr. Chilmau will meet the shareholders of this oompany this afternoon in Mr. Cholwill's office, and will there give an account of the steps he has taken in the disposal of their interests. Assistant Surgeon of the Abmbd Constabu. LARY. — By a late New Zealand Gazette we notice that Patrick Joseph O'Carroll has been appointed Assistant Surgeon to the Armed Constabulary. Date of commission, 31st December, 1869.
