Thursday, July 27. — Before his Honor H. Eyre Kenny, Judge. In BANKRUFrcY. — Re E. J. C. Pratt, an arranging debtor. Mr. Hughes appeared for the arranging 1 debtor and trustees, and applied for an order declaring the complete execution of the deed of arrangement in this estate. In support of his application, Mr. Hughes read an affidavit proving 1 that all the requirements of the Bankruptcy Act had been duly fulfilled. Order granted.
