Town Board Office, New Plymouth, June 29, 18G8. fTHE TOWN BOARD hereby give notice that the RATES imposed in the Town of New Plymonth for the year 1868* will be due on and after the Ist day of Jnly next, and that the Secretary of the Board has been appointed to receive the same at his Offico, in Messrs. Brooking and Yates' premises, Brougham street, and not elsewhere. And further, that all Rates in arrear at the expiration of the said month of July next, will be recovered by summary proceedings, as provided by the " Town of New Plymouth Publio Works Ordi. nance, 1864."
