Notice fixing the Minimum Rates and altering the month for General Meetings, and appointing General Meetings of the Ist, 2nd f 3rd, 4th, sth 6th, 7th, Bth, 9th, 10th, llth, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st Districts. Superintendent's Office, July 23, 1808. WHEREAS by the 49th Clause of the " Road 9 and Bridges Ordinance, 1858," power is given to the Superintendent, with the approval of the Provincial Council, by notice to be published in the Government Gazette, to alter the minimum Rate to be imposed in any District, and to alter the month in which General Meetings of the Electors for each District shall be held. Now, therefore, I, Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby, with the approval of the Provincial Council, appoint that tho minimum Rate to be imposed in all the Districts hitherto constituted under the above recited Ordinance shall he Threepence per acre.
