WHEREAS certain nofciotis Thistles, having seed stems, are growing on section No. 35, in the Omata district, and the owner is not resident in the Province. This is to give notice that if the Thistle's are not eradicated or destroyed within the time limited by the "Thistle Ordinance* 1863," the said Thistles will be destroyed according to the provisions of the said Ordinance, and an order applied for to recover the expenses by distress or sale of the land liablfl for the same.
