ELECTION NOTICE. Electoral District of Grey & Bell. IN pursuance of the provisions of an act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Regulation ot Elections Acl, 1858," I, James Ritchie, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Grey and Bell, do hereby give notice that by vir. tue of a Writ healing date tho fifth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a member of the House of Representatives for the said Electoral Dibtrict, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court House in Devon street, in the Town of New Plymouth, on Monday, the twenty, sixth day of November, 1800, at noon ; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Tuesday, the twenty .seventh day of November, 1860. TN pursuance of the provisions of an act of the X General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, J.imes Ritchie, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Omata, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the fifth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the retuin of one qualified person to serve as a Member of the House of Repiesentatives for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court House in Devon -street, in the Town of New Plymouth, on Friday, the thirtieth day of November, 1860, at noon ; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Saturday, the first day of December, 1860.
