The earthwork in the above is estimated at about 800 cubic yards. Also for sf-arping the sides of the Henui cutting and removing therefrom about one hundred cubic yards of earth to the foot of the hill on the Town side of the Henui Bridge. Each tender must specify the price per cubic yard at which the party v>ill complete the woik within two months from the acceptance of such tender, according to a plan furnished by the Commissioners, the contractor finding all necessary labour, cartage, &c.
