The Barque Artemisia was wrecked on the Knngclung* on her way from Auckland to Singapore, Captain Banes, his wife, and 22 men had arrived at Sournbya. The Polar Star, an Aberdeen clipper, chartered by Messrs. Willis & Co., was to follow the Joseph Fletcher for Auckland and New Plymouth, to sail in all July. The new ship Josephine Willis, sitter hhi|> to the Joseph Fletcncr, kri to sail lor Auckland in all August. . The Giptey one of Mnsrs. Young's line of par> kets, was to sail from Loudon for Auckland on the ) sth July.
