We intend placing before our readers, ns our space will permit, tho Acts passed by the Geneial Assembly and assented to by His I'xcellency the Officer administering the Government. They will be found iv the present and succeeding Numbeis of the Herald. ENGLISH ACTS ACT, 185 J. An Act For bringing into operation within the Colony ccr- ! Mm Aois of the Imperial Parliament. 1 Whmcas certain Acts of the Imperial Parliament specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed have been passed for Ihe amendment of tho Law, and it is expedient that Ibe same bo adopted aud brought into operation within this Colony. Be it therefore aiactcd by tbo General Aisembly of New Zealand ns follows :— 1. The scveril Aeis ol the Impuial Parliament specified in tin- Schedule hirennto nnne»cd i.l>nll be tiikm to extend to this Colony nnd shall be applied therein in the Administration of Jmtire in liko manner as Acts of Parliament |>ns*eJ before the establishment of the Colony are applied. 2.
