IN exercise of the power in this behalf in me, vested, I, the Superintendent of the Province of New Plymouth, do hereby proclaim and appoint that tho second Session of tho Provincial Council of the said Province aliaU be holden at the Council Chamber, in the Town of New Plymouth, in the said Province, and shall commence on Monday, the second day of October next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
