B—All8 — All horses belonging to nboiiuinn. niitives entered lor any rare exenpt tht Maori races, must be ridden by Euglisl: Jockeys. 9— All Jockeys will ride in proper costume. 10 — Any horse jostling or crossing another in a race, whether intentional o- othei wise, will be distanced ; and any charge o; foul riding, if proved to ihe satisfaction ol the Stewards to have been intentional, will disqualify tho jockey from again riding foi public money in New Plymouth ; in addition to which such fine will be inflicted not exceeding £5, as the Stewards may think 'fit. 11 — All entries to be made, and the entrance money paid, at a meeting of the Stewards to be held at the Ship Hotel on the evening of Monday the 20th of March, between the hours of 7 and 10 p.m., when the names nnd ages ot tho hotsea, and the colours ot the n'ders must be distinctly stated, and no alteration will be peimitted, except at Dlie suggestion of the Stewards. 12 — All Dogs found on the Course will , be destroyed.
