Accident. — Caution to Suinoleiis and Buildkrs.— On the 12th ins'ant, Mr. S. Fishleigli, of this place, who had erected a a careless scaffolding to shingle a building not above 7or 8 feet high, met with- a serious accident by its giving way. Falling with it, he came iv contact with some timber on the ground, which unfortunately fractured the neck of the thigh-bone within the capsular ligament. We are happy to fay that up to/the present time he ,ls going on satisfactorily.
