NEW PLYMOUTH LAND SALE.

The sale of land alvertised for yesterday took place at the Court House. Below we give a list of the lots offered and the prices at which those sold were bought,

Lots 1 to 7, 17, S3, 35 and 36, and lots 46 to 49 inclusive were not sold ; the total amount produced by the sale was £576.

The following protest was entered against the above sale, and has been handed to us for publication ; — New Plymouth, April 5, 1853. And whereat sundry parties whosa imcretts we the undersigned repreient have nerer been indemnified for the los> ofxbeir respective properties ehher in caih, or by other sections in lieu thereof.
