OF NEW PLYMOUTH. f^i ENTLEMEN,— In my Address to \IH" you of tho 4th December, I desired to be more explicit on a subject which has since obtained considerable attention from my fellow s<ttlers; I allude to the propriety of the individual holding the office of Superintendent, being also embarkod in business to the extent which I am in this settlement, against which an opinion lias been freely expressed.
