“R’s” TIE FOR FOURTH PLACE “A’s” HIGHLY COMMENDED The Geraldine Players are to be congratulated on being placed in the session of the South Canterbury Drama League’s sixth festival of community drama. The Geraldine Players’ B team, presenting “Emily’s Excuse,” Lied with St. Mary’s Girls’ Club for fourth place, the judge awarding 7S points. The A team presented Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s “Waterloo ” and was highly commended.
