This return match was played at Geraldine, and resulted,in a win on the first innings Tor the visitors, by 135 to 95; The batting form was not of a high order, only one batsman. on each side making a good score. Mathews, for the visitors, played a fine innings of 62 not out, included in his score being a six and eleven fours.
