PLUNKET SOCIETY.
TEMUKA BRANCH. The monthly meeting of the Temuka Plunket Society was December 6. There were ' present:' Mesdames D. H. Paterson (in the chair), G. L. Twentyman, L. V. Talbot, H. Talbot, W. B. Sutcliffe, S. IL Wightman, G. W. Armitage,. G. Thomson, T.. E. Gunn ion, A. hurst, and G. C. Tully. Apologies were received from Mesdames H. E. Gapper, J. C. South, H. R. Fell, A. S. Mclnnes, Ross Brodie, J. 0. J. Oliver, Cross, and C. L. Austin. A' vote of thanks was accorded Mrs Paterson for organising “Shop Day.” The secretary reported a. very successful “Shop Day” and appeal. The sum raised amounted t0..£154'. Nurse Allen reported " a busy month, the car having travelled'Fill miles. ■ " ' '' 1 . ...
