" The Government Meteorologist issued the following forecast for the ensuing twenty-ifour hours, at 9 a.m. yesterday: — The indications are for variable and strong breezes, moderate to strong soutli-easterly prevailing. - The weather will probably be cold and changeable. The weather appears Mkely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following later. The barometer is falling.
