Owing to pressure of space several shopping notices were held over from our last issue. This, however, does not deter the people from; visiting—well, who? Now, J. Once again we draw the attention of out readers to ohr “Wanted” column— small advertisements. It is often the small advertisements that pay. Fourteen words for a shilling, and three of these advertisements for 2s 6d. It is a paying proposition. Let us have your add. The ratepayers and general public will please note that the County Engineer’s advertisement announcing that his office would be closed till the 13th January has been altered to the 19th prox.
