COUNCIL. ■JtfOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that * at a Special Meeting of the Geraldine County Council held on the 19th day of November, 1924, the said Council in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in It in that behalf by “The Water Supply Act, 1908” resolved by way of Special Order to constitute part of the Geraldine Downs and Raukapuka Districts a Special District for the purpose of constructing a water race therein. The name of the proposed District is THE GERALDINE DOWNS—RAUKAPUKA WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT. A Plan of the said District and a' full description of the boundaries thereof .and a copy of the proposed Special Order are deposited at the office of the Geraldine County Council, situated in the Main Street, Geraldine, and may be inspected there without fee from the 29th DAY OP NOVEMBER, 1924 until the 22nd DAY OF DECEMBER, 1924, on which last mentioned • date the said Council will adopt a Resolution confirming the said Special Order.
