He was last seen 100 miles west of Chignic (Alaska) a week ago. An American senator (Mr F. A. Britten) is showing much concern at the relative sizes of the British and American Navies. He says America is hopelessly unprepared for war, and that Japan Is not far behind her in naval strength.
