BERLIN, August 26. It is officially stated thai while informal conversations between Sir John Bradbury and M. Mauclere and the German Chancellor and Minister of Finance cannot be said to have led to any positive result up to the present, various suggestions were made, and the delegates, who have returned to Paris, regard themselves as in a position to advise the Reparations Commission regarding the existing situation in Germany, which was the primary object of their visit, and also to advise upon ilm suggestions made.
